ABOUT OUR BACHATA
BEGINNER BOOTCAMPS
In our 4-hour Beginner Bootcamps our instructors will teach you the fundamentals of bachata.
You will learn basic steps and turns, basic leading and following techniques and by the end of the Bootcamp, you will be able to dance simple bachata routines with a partner.
The Bootcamp will be conducted in English and partner rotation is encouraged during the Bootcamp, but you can choose to dance with a fixed partner.

THE LEVEL OF THE BEGINNER BOOTCAMP
For complete beginners.
Anyone can join.
We move slowly forward with all the basic stuff you need to know.
BOOTCAMP PROGRAM
Doors opens 30 minutes before the Bootcamp begins. Use these 30 minutes to be registered and to get some water and prepare yourself for the Bootcamp.
The Bootcamp is typically:
– 90 minutes of teaching and dancing.
– 30-minute lunch break.
– 90 minutes of teaching and dancing.
– 30 minutes of practice & dancing.

PRICES
350 DKK for individual sign-ups.
600 DKK if you sign up with a partner.

EXPERIENCED DANCERS
If you are an experienced dancer and you bring a beginner, you only pay for the beginner.
Please note!
- Experienced leader must signup with a beginner follower.
- Experienced follower must signup with a beginner leader.
- An experienced dancer is improver level and above.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
A bachata party in the night.
The bachata party is at the same location.
Party program:
8 pm: Pre-party workshop
9 pm: Party begins
0:30 am: Party ends

Jens Kvist
Jens is the founder of NON STOP BACHATA, a dance school he established after starting to dance bachata in 2013 and teaching in 2016.
As one of Copenhagen’s most experienced bachata teachers, he is recognized for creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere in his classes and events.
He is very organized and his clear, straightforward teaching style makes learning movements and steps easy.
Andrea Diana
Meet Andrea, instructor at NON STOP BACHATA!
Andrea was immersed in Latin music growing up in Spain but truly fell in love with bachata after moving to Denmark in 2018. She quickly joined an advanced bachata team, performing across Europe, and took 1st place at the Bachata King Festival in 2022 (Greece) and 2nd at the Rising Stars Competition in 2023 (Amsterdam). Andrea’s dancing is characterized by sensual smoothness and a strong sense of musicality combined with creative lady styling. As a teacher, she creates a warm and supportive atmosphere for her students to learn and get inspired.
